While it's good... it does not appear to be your work. What I mean is, I have the exact same version on CD, and I played both side by side and it was exactly the same. My friend gave me the music, so there is a possibility that it is yours...

Either it's a coincidence that they are the same, or you just stole someone else's work.

Tab? I just used four chords, but I use my thumb instead of a pick, which makes it a little more precise. The chords are: G (with 3rd fret of the B string added), D, Eminor, and C.
